Manages all spending policies, processes, accounting, and compliance, including tax withholding and reporting for the University.
Investment Office
Responsible for the oversight and management of the University’s Consolidated Endowment Fund.
Operational Excellence
Strategic consulting partner that collaborates across the University to provide structure and guidance to help support the Plan for Pitt 2028.
Planning, Design & Construction
Oversees campus development and advancement of the University’s campus master plan.
Real Estate
Manages the University’s extensive real estate portfolio, encompassing over 2 million square feet of owned and leased space.
Risk Management
Manages the University’s liability and property insurance programs including all related claims and consulting with other departments to manage overall risk.
Sustainability
Oversees all aspects of sustainability for the University, including advancing the Pitt Sustainability Plan and Pitt Climate Action Plan.
Treasurer
Responsible for capital structure including its debt portfolio, short duration operating funds, and University-wide treasury management activities.
