Rebecca Roadman, chief of staff, leads the Executive Operations team, which works on behalf of the executive senior vice chancellor (ESVC) to advance the priorities of Pitt Finance and Operations, connecting strategic initiatives with responsibility centers across the University.
This team works collaboratively to facilitate the internal and external responsibilities of the ESVC, driving efficient and effective organizational policy, practice, and projects in F&O. The team leads finance, human resources, administrative services, and stakeholder management and communications for the ESVC—aligning goals and tactics with the University’s mission.
Previously Rebecca was the chief of staff for Business and Operations. She has worked at Pitt for more than 15 years, serving in several key program and project management roles.
Rebecca earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s in public and nonprofit management at Pitt. She also holds a project management professional (PMP) certification.
